Experienced at service transformation, we can bring together teams of experts who have worked directly with black and ethnic minority children and young people and understand your business needs. Our knowledge and understanding enables us to work effectively with youth workers, teams and senior managers to help you to identify need, create workable solutions and develop and train the workforce to improve performance and outcomes for the black and ethnic children and young people that you serve.
-

Consultation workshops: Based on your project aims and needs, we can arrange and run a consultation with up to 20 black and ethnic minority young people anywhere in London.
-
Online consultations: We can carry out online surveys with black and ethnic minority young people around key consultation questions.
-

Bid Writing
We understand that for many organisations there is a lack of capacity and sometimes experience in preparing funding bids. Bid writing is a demanding area of work, where bids can take anything from a few hours to a week to produce. In addition, some larger funding bids also require detailed business plans or evaluations, which are time-consuming to develop - but we can help!
Our team has a solid track record of success in preparing funding bids. Whether you need help with one major bid or support to start or run a programme of funding bids, we can help. The key elements of the support include developing the case for support, carrying out prospect research to identify a target list of potential funders and, if required, hands-on support in preparing applications. We can also provide feedback on bids you are planning to submit yourself via our bid review service.
